Dear Lady and Gentlemen,

Shalom Family Campaign for Social Justice

HBOS PLC Please Help Us

Re - Bank of Scotland / Castle Bidco / Crest Nicholson Group

With reference to the above, may we kindly remind you that with our five young daughters, we have immorally lost a perfectly decent, safe and satisfactory Family Home of 14 years, a beautiful way of life, and still, more than four years on, our Family’s personal private possessions remain seized and largely unaccounted for.

This situation continues to be a total nightmare for our Family. We believe it has been dragging on for too long. We are presently not enabled to move on with our lives. Please support us in our Family Campaign for Social Justice from Crest Nicholson Plc. Please help us!

We again kindly draw to your attention that we have very detailed records of Crest Nicholson’s conduct. You are again kindly invited to see the full file and account.

In light of known uninterrupted HBOS investments and associations with Crest Nicholson and more lately, with the completion of the Castle Bidco ‘takeover’ of the Crest Nicholson Group, fully supported by HBOS PLC, we kindly invite you to determine exactly what has happened.

We respectfully ask HBOS Group Plc, that in the interests and wider terms of ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’, and mindful of the issues of ‘ethical investments’, that you kindly reconsider your former stated position in this matter.

We kindly ask that you would urge the Crest Nicholson Group, to fully compensate our Family for our true, unnecessary losses to date.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

Vincent & Marie Louise Shalom

With Our Daughters,
Hannah, Naomi, Rachel, Rebekah, Jessica.
