Discuss Corporate Social Responsibility Asks Dad
The South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) sponsored, Regeneration & Renewal National Conference, took place at the Business Design Centre London on 15 - 16 May 2006.
Vince Shalom was there to put invitation to the conference as a whole, to discuss Crest Nicholson Plc and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Billed as a conference, "attracting investment into people and places to deliver sustainable regeneration programmes", the two day event, promised to explore key themes of:
* Community Involvement: Engaging the community to respond to their needs and drive enterprise development
* Private Sector: Identifying how to lever in private sector investment by creating a mutually beneficial partnership
* Funding: Establishing funding options: what is available and how can it be accessed?
* Evaluation: Discovering ways of measuring and evaluating regeneration projects
The event was supported by Business In The Community, true ambassadors of Corporate Social Responsibility and English Partnerships, who have recently appointed, ex-Boss of Crest Nicholson, Mr. John Callcutt, as their new Chief Executive Officer. Both organisations were listed to contribute speakers at the event.
