Protest at HBOS PLC AGM
25th April 2006
(Advanced Released 24th April 2006)
(Manchester International Convention Centre)
Having liaised with on-site security and Greater Manchester Police Services, the Shalom Family Campaign for Social Justice will be making further 'public representations' to HBOS PLC, at the companies' 2006 AGM.
HBOS PLC is listed as a 'major shareholder' with Crest Nicholson, and a Corporate Member of Business In The Community.
In an effort to highlight the Family's total distress; their houseboat Home of 14 years in ruins, their personal Family belongings still seized and a beautiful 'way of life' destroyed, Mr. Vincent Shalom will again make appeal for help to the corporate enterprise. The one-man peaceful protest/picket of the event is expected to last for the duration of the day.
On behalf of his wife and their five children, he will be asking HBOS to reconsider the companies' present position on this matter. This further appeal for help will also be made directly in terms of HBOS PLC 'Corporate Social Responsibility' and HBOS PLC 'Ethical Investments' in-general.
