Lord Lieutenant of Surrey You Are Already Involved!

Crest Nicholson Evicted Family - Invite 'Enlightenment' from Her Majesty's Representative

Mrs. Sarah Goad Lord Lieutenant of Surrey

Her Majesty's Representative Lord Lieutenant of Surrey Presenting High Honor to Crest Nicholson CEO Stephen Stone (June 2007)

Most regrettably, Mrs. Sarah Goad - the Lord Lieutenant of Surrey, who gave such high honor, praise and 'royal seal of approval', to Crest Nicholson earlier this year, has responded to the Shalom Family's appeal for help in a rather unconstructive manner. The Lady even suggests that she is not able to get involved.

The Shalom Family make their own response below.

Dear Lord Lieutenant,

Re-Royal Seal of Approval - Crest Nicholson - Public Boast

Our Polite Request for Your Support - Letter Dated 29th June 2007

Thank you for your letter dated 13th July 2007.

With respect, and by conscience, we are obliged to correct you in your assertion that our earlier correspondence to you was solely about our ‘dispute’ with Crest Nicholson. It was not. Our letter to you was more than a mention of such fact and more importantly, was a direct appeal, from our Family, for your support, in our legitimate Family Campaign for Social Justice - from Crest Nicholson.

Furthermore, having given the matter a great deal of thought, it is our considered view that you are already involved, as from the very moment you paid such high honor and respects - to Crest Nicholson.

Whilst it would appear that we do not share the same view of your involvement in this matter, we believe that our position will not come as any surprise to you.

We do not believe, or accept, that Lord Lieutenants should be honoring any individual or companies, who have acted with such callous disregard for Family, Home and Way of Life. Therefore, we kindly invite some enlightenment of your actions to us and our children.

We reiterate. We believe your presentation of the, ‘The Queen's Awards for Enterprise’, to Crest Nicholson is very difficult for our Family to understand and/or accept. In the circumstances, it is altogether, inappropriate and most distasteful.

In view of the above, we respectfully ask you to reconsider your position in this matter. Please help us in our Family Campaign for Social Justice with Crest Nicholson.

We respectfully request that you again advise Her Majesty of our pleading. Should you have any queries or concerns, please contact us immediately.

Kind regards.

Yours sincerely,

Vincent & Marie Louise Shalom

.................

October 28th 2007 will mark the fourth anniversary since the Shalom Family with their five daughters were evicted from their own houseboat home of 14 years. Everything they owned including their houseboat was seized by Her Majesty's High Court Sheriff. Much of their personal possessions have not been properly accounted for. It seems that much has gone missing! Absolutely nothing has been returned to the Family. What a stinking mess, what a SHAME!
