As we know,
Mr. John Callcutt CBE, did try to make the great escape and migrate to English Partnerships, serving alongside the mostly embarrassed but considerate Baroness Margaret Ford of Cunninghame.
John Callcutt CBE was their 'new' Chief Executive Officer. However, it seems that they did not want him for too long, perhaps that's because of the special treatment Mr. Shalom received, when he was invited to the English Partnerships Open Meeting, held at the British Museum in London?

In any event,
John Callcutt CBE has now been 'seconded from English Partnerships' to head up the
UK Government's 'Housing Review' and we do not accept that yet another, nice, new, well-paid job away from Crest Nicholson Plc, or English Partnerships, makes him any less, morally - responsible.
Facts remain clear.
John Callcutt is on record as saying that he was only acting in the best interests of our Family - WAH! UNBELIEVABLE! So why did you SHAFT us John? You could have let us fix our Home after you were negligent!
At least then we could have considered taking our Home somewhere else, but you didn't even give us the chance, you big bully!
Mr. John Callcutt CBE (solicitor by trade) was 'solely responsible for enforcing Health & Safety in the Crest Group' at the time of the night time grounding and toppling accident to our Home. This issue and event is something which Crest Nicholson and John Callcutt CBE, can not, and do not, dispute!
Subsequent to this accident, but still under his direct leadership, the Crest Nicholson organisation deliberately failed to provide the necessary 'permissions' for our Home to be lifted clear of the water at Penarth Marina. Then, we could have got it fixed, (at our own expense) surveyed and re-insured...which would have brought it, in-to-line, with marina "terms and conditions", which would not have be broken, if we were allowed to get our home fixed.
Yes, we said something before about being barking mad! But it is not our Family!
John Callcutt CBE
is presently installed with the Rt. Hon Ruth Kelly MP, Minister for
Communities and Local Government, but his desk seems empty, is not available
for comment and is expecting to vaporize and visit France more often!
So we are left with more questions, bound to be asked soon. Does the UK Government advocate, support, direct and/or applaud, and/or reward, particular corporate bullying behaviour of individuals, especially when it is known to have been perpetrated against ordinary citizens of the UK, their Home, their Family with five children and their once-beautiful, perfectly-sustainable - way of life?
We believe that
John Callcutt is still liable for his disgraceful disregard for human life. (As well as the other children on board, Marie Louise was also eight months pregnant when he failed to do his job properly, to enforce health and safety!)
English Partnerships may be well pleased to have got rid of someone like
John Callcutt at the helm. Perhaps he will be called upon to lead something even much bigger, sitting over a budget of many millions of pounds, but we still think he deserves a reminder of what utter chaos and misery he has left behind, for our Family and children, in his original great escape from Crest Nicholson Plc.
As we know, the Rt. Hon Ruth Kelly is gone
but she was the boss when
John Callcutt
made his great escape from English partnerships to come to his present position.

Please remember, the so-called, 'New Management' of Crest Nicholson Marinas Limited have simply changed face, calling themselves QUAY MARINAS. Yes, it's a 'cut and shut, let's dash for it exercise'....they have moved address too! Well, er, it didn't work! We know where they are.
We do not accept that the departure of their respective businesses, one from the other, should be allowed to cloud the issues. We have lost
our own Home, and possession of all of our personal private property!
Both companies have worked together in bringing about this totally unnecessary situation and, now that they are exposed, we believe both companies should be sorry, and act together, to stop further Family distress. We believe, and will continue to hold, key figures from both organisations and outside third parties, accountable for their actions.
