N.B. Nobody can keep the truth down forever.

The night time grounding accident caused by Crest Nicholson to the Shalom Family Houseboat Home on 2nd, April 2000 at Penarth Marina in Cardiff Bay, Wales.....remains undisputed!

The Fact that the Shalom Family always paid their mooring fees promptly....remains undisputed!

The Fact that the Shalom Family always paid their service bills promptly....remains undisputed!

The Fact that the Shalom Family Home was comprehensively insured at the time of the Crest Nicholson-caused 'accident'....remains undisputed!

The Fact that Crest Nicholson failed-to (would not!) grant the Shalom Family permission to instruct, 'ready' divers, to carry out even a cursory inspection of their home after the accident, (as advised by insurance advisors)....remains undisputed!

The Fact that Crest Nicholson failed-to (would not!) grant the Shalom Family permission to instruct, 'ready' crane operatives, to perform a lifting operation of their Home to the, 'Emergency Lifting Pad' at Penarth Marina, (just 100 yards from their home- berth) in order to effect repairs to a water ingress, (which developed after the accident,) and witnessed by an independent professional marine surveyor....remains undisputed!

The Fact the the Shalom Family did everything humanly possible to mitigate the loss of the accident caused by Crest Nicholson.....remains undisputed!

Like rats from a sinking ship, all the former Crest Nicholson employees, who had direct managerial 'responsibility' and direct executive powers, at the time of this beautiful 'accident', including the 'Marina Manager', the 'Marina Operations Director' and the Chief Executive Officer, of the Crest Nicholson Group - have scarpered!

ALL FACTS REMAIN UNDISPUTED!
