Family Threatened With Losing Everything of Seized 'Possessions'
High Court Sheriff Charged With Misappropriate Conduct
The Shalom Family have received a pre-Christmas threat of intent from the The High Court Sheriff. It states that, "..if you have not made arrangements through us for collection of your possessions within fourteen days of the date of this letter we will arrange for the possessions to be disposed of."
The 'possessions' in question represent only some of the Family's personal private belongings which were seized as a result of the court order obtained by Crest Nicholson Marinas Limited. That company now operate under the name of Quay Marinas Limited and are directly responsible for all the 'old business' of the former marina company.
The Family were previously advised by the High Court Sheriff that the marina company wanted them to have everything back which was seized, with the exception of their Family Home of 14 years. (Wow! Such kindness from Family men?) But in any case, the High Court Sheriff has acted in a way not to make this possible and accordingly, the Shalom Family accuse the High Court Sheriff of misappropriate behaviour in handling their personal private property and personal belongings seized.
The Family is being offered only what the Sheriff is 'minded' (thinks and feels like) making available, and not what the marina company have stated as their wish, which is for the Family to have everything back, except their home.
The High Court Sheriff has failed to produce a video* (which THEY made at the time of seizure, of the Shaloms private and personal property) against the list of items, which has been presented to the Shaloms, as the items which the Shaloms may collect. At best, the matter has been handled in a roughshod manner.
No explanation has been forthcoming for ignoring the wishes of the marina company.

Documented to the record the Family have repeatedly asked for help from their respective MP Mr. Alun Michael who has been made aware of written and photographic evidence to support the Family's claim.
The Family have also appealed for help from HRH Prince Charles, President of Business In The Community, Rhodri Morgan - First Minister for Wales, Tony Blair the Prime Minister, Lorraine Barrett AM, and Jeffrey James - Leader of the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
The Shalom Family only seek Social Justice and intend to make direct open appeal to Messrs. Yates and Haigh*, (please come back soon!) the bosses at the new, 'Quay Marinas' company, who could STOP the execution of the court order, any time they feel like it.

*Mr. Simon Haigh was Operations Director of Crest Nicholson Marinas Limited at the time the company caused the Family Home to become Grounded at Penarth Marina, Cardiff Bay Wales. The Children were asleep in bed and Marie Louise was eight months pregnant.
