Confirmed as 'received', the Shalom Family have made the following new appeal to Prince Charles and as directed to the parties involved.

2nd May 2007

HRH Prince Charles President

Sir Michael Rake International Chairman
Julia Cleverdon Chief Executive
Stephen Howard Managing Director

URGENT

This following letter of appeal is respectfully directed, in equal measure, to everyone listed above.

Dear Everybody at Business in the Community and Ethical Corporation,

The Responsible Business Summit 2007

Re-Crest Nicholson Plc – Shalom Family Campaign for Social Justice

Major Investors and Associations / Corporate Social Responsibility

With reference to the above, and the documented record of events, previously made freely available to each of your respective organisations, we again respectfully invite each and every one of you to help us in our Family Campaign for Social Justice.

We kindly remind you that with our five young daughters, we have lost a perfectly decent, safe and satisfactory Family Home of 14 years, a beautiful way of life, and still, more than three years on, our Family’s personal private possessions remain seized and largely unaccounted for. We stress again that this situation is a total nightmare for our Family and it has been dragging on for too long. Please support us in our Family Campaign for Social Justice from Crest Nicholson Plc. Please help us!

In light of known, Legal & General Group Plc, Lloyds TSB Group Plc, HBOS Group Plc- investments and associations with Crest Nicholson Plc, your respective organisations’ associations with them, and more lately, with the pending Castle Bidco takeover of the Crest Nicholson Group, supported by HBOS Plc, we again kindly invite you to determine exactly what has happened.

In advance of the forthcoming Responsible Business Summit 2007, to be held at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in London on 9-10th May 2007, we respectfully ask for your help. We accept that Business in the Community and Ethical Corporation exist to encourage and promote the open discussion of Corporate Social Responsibility. We acknowledge that this partnership ensures that this event will be the largest corporate responsibility event of the year.

Naturally we wish to encourage such debate as it may apply to us and our situation, and to you and your respective associations, with the people who have done, or by association - have done, this terrible thing to our Family. Please determine exactly what has happened to us and why. Please discuss this matter with your work colleagues and associations.

We kindly give notice that on behalf of our Family, Vince will make further peaceful petition at the forthcoming event. Please be sure to say hello and feel free to ask any questions you like.

In the circumstances, and mindful of the issues of ‘ethical investments and associations’, and ‘responsible business practice’, we respectfully ask Business in the Community and Ethical Corporation, to urge Crest Nicholson Plc and/or their ‘major shareholders’, and associates, including but not limited to, HBOS PLC, Legal & General Investment Management, perhaps even Castle Bidco, to fully compensate our Family for our true, unnecessary losses to date.

English Partnerships Continue to Support and Give Air to A Corporate Bully?

English Partnerships, the National Regeneration Agency, obviously consider it moral and appropriate to sponsor an event, 'The Brave New World of Affordable Housing', co-hosted by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Bucknall Austin......with 'key note guest speaker'........guess who?

None other than the corporate Family bully himself....
