Dear Mrs Ford, Ladies and Gentlemen, English Partnerships,

The Shalom Family Campaign for Social Justice / Re-Crest Nicholson Plc

Mr. John Callcutt English Partnerships CEO

With reference to the above we again respectfully bring this matter to the attention of English Partnerships and especially mindful of Mr. John Callcutt’s past employment history with Crest Nicholson Plc and his direct negligence. We again kindly refer you to the following public internet website at http://www.mvpicton.co.uk.

We believe that English Partnerships would wish to be satisfied that they are not directly associated with anybody involved in any distasteful act of corporate indifference and vandalism. We believe this to be especially so when such activity may be proven, by virtue of the documented record, to be specifically directed towards an innocent Family with children and their own Houseboat Home and personal property of 14 years.

English Partnerships, PLEASE help us. We seek only a 'Fair' and 'Just' Solution to end our nightmare. Please urge Crest Nicholson Plc to heed our Call for Social Justice. We invite English Partnerships Board of Directors to see the full file and account of the record.

Although we are aware that Crest Nicholson Plc is an established business partner with English Partnerships, working throughout England on various commercial projects, we kindly provide the following contact details of Crest’s Chair and Board of Directors:-

Mr. John Matthews, Crest PLC Chair
Mr. Stephen Stone, Crest PLC CEO
Mr. Paul Callcutt, Mr. Peter Darby, Mr. Stephen Lidgate, Mr. Richard Scholes, Mr. Lloyd Wigglesworth,

We kindly ask that you would urge Crest Nicholson to reconsider past events, under Mr. Callcutt’s direct leadership.

We reiterate, that we believe that English Partnerships and all link-associations will be keen to aspire, obtain and uphold the operating ethos of ‘Business in The Community’, which as you will be aware, is an organisation which acts under the presidency of HRH Prince Charles, promoting the values of ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ and ‘Responsible Business Practice’.

We are still homeless. Family possessions still remain seized and some have ‘disappeared’. It is more than two and a half years since Mr. John Callcutt publicly endorsed Crest’s action against our Family and Home but we still live with the consequences.

English Partnerships will undoubtedly prosper under the direct quality of leadership in Mr. John Callcutt. In view of the above and in the circumstances, we sincerely hope that you will support our Family Campaign for Social Justice.

Should you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us immediately.

Kind regards,

Marie Louise and Vince Shalom

With our daughters,
Hannah, Naomi, Rachel, Rebekah and Jessica.
