Crest Plc Confirm Company Records "Out of Date"

New Boss On The Block...Takes a Holiday!

25th November/05

With just one month to go to yet another Christmas of chaos for the Family evicted from their own Home and property by Crest Nicholson, Stephen Stone, the new Chief Executive of Crest Plc has written to the Shalom Family Campaign for Social Justice, confirming that Crest Plc company records, held at Crest House in Weybridge Surrey, are in fact, "out of date".

Much as the Family have suspected, Crest Plc has been presenting itself falsely at Crest House in Weybridge Surrey. But it is not just at the  front door that the Shalom Family know that the company are seriously challenged with accurate record keeping.

Family records prove that Crest were complicit in preventing the Family from getting insurance for their houseboat, one of the major claims the company made for a 'legitimate' eviction. The Family Home only developed a leak after their marina company had caused a night time accident to it, at Penarth Marina in the Vale of Glamorgan and subsequently, and quite deliberately, withheld permissions for the Family to fix the damages at site, on the Emergency Lifting Pad.

Cold, callous, calculating, heartless behavior! Surely the marina company, now trading as Quay Marinas Limited, and presenting themselves as 'experts in the field', know - that boats need water in order to float? DUH! Members of the public are beginning to suggest that perhaps this was no 'accident' after all? And if anyone thinks that's crazy, just look at the way in which this company has gone about trying to cover up its mistakes! The corporate mentality is quite clear. The Family with five young girls have been stripped of everything they ever had.

Mr. Stone has been invited to revisit the full file and accounts of his organisations' dealings with the Shalom Family, their houseboat - M V Picton and his organisations' former subsidiary company, Crest Nicholson Marinas Limited. (Whichever one operated out of Penarth Marina in Cardiff Bay!)

In consideration of the Family's invitation, Mr. Stone comments, "When I return from my vacation, I will consider the issues you have raised with our Chairman."

Although the Family have been totally shafted thus far, we hope Mr. Stone has a very nice holiday. We also hope that Crest Plc can get up to date with the actual records in dealing with this Family who have suffered so much, at their hands.

We feel sure that Mr. Stone would appreciate your points of view. Please feel free to contact him as indicated below or via his personal secretary, Ms. Christine McKeon, directly by e mail here

At Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan, Father Christmas, his reindeers and elves had the opportunity to discuss 'Corporate Social Responsibility' as it applies to Crest Nicholson Plc.

As Santa and his helpers came to town, Vince Shalom was alone at Lloyds TSB Bank in the High Street. Lloyds TSB are proud to boast of their association with Quay Marinas Limited. This is the 'new' marina company formed, as a result of a management buy-out from Crest Plc, just 3 months after the Family Home and contents were seized from Cardiff Bay.

Santa was smiling as he went past but it is still not known if he can grant the Family their years-long wishes, of a Fair and Just Solution to end this nightmare experience.
