Dear Mr. Stone,
With reference to the above, you may be aware of our recent visit, to Crest House Weybridge, Home of Crest Plc (October 31st), in order to make our Family representations to Crest Plc Chairman, Mr. John Matthews.
Please be aware that within our petition we have invited Mr. Matthews, and Crest Plc Directors, to revisit the documented accounts of your organisations’ dealings with our Family, our Houseboat Home, (M V Picton), which also includes a former Crest subsidiary company, ‘Crest Nicholson Marinas’. We kindly extend this invitation to your good self.
However, during our most recent visit, we became aware of Crest’s impressive public presentation of the Crest Plc Group and its associated companies. ‘Crest Nicholson Marinas LTD’ was featured and publicly listed under Crest Plc at Crest House on 31st October 2005, along with another company of similar name, ‘Crest Nicholson Marinas (Wales) Limited’.
In view of the record, this gives us serious cause for concern, as we believe that Crest Plc no longer has any interest in at least one of these companies, and we sincerely hope that your accounts have not been mixed up, one with the other? The information provided at Crest House has seriously caused us some confusion and concern.
Accordingly, for the benefit of doubt, and the record, we would be very grateful to receive your clarification. We would be very grateful to receive all information about these two companies, as publicly listed at Crest House, and in particular, any associations that Crest Plc claims to have with them.
As we have been given to understand that you are the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crest Plc, may we take this opportunity of wishing you every success.
We kindly reiterate our previous invitations to your organisation. Please review the documented record between us, and whichever, ‘Crest Nicholson Marinas’, operated out of Penarth Marina, in the Vale of Glamorgan. Please, “do the right thing”.
Although we have been informed that you are about to depart for a vacation, we consider this enquiry is of some importance, and we would not wish to misrepresent the record.
