John Callcutt English Partnerships CEO The Family Shafter Gets A Gong!
We understand from the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) "Guide to the honours", that the British honours are awarded on merit, for exceptional achievement or service.
Mr. John Callcutt, Chief Executive Officer of English Partnerships and ex boss of Crest Nicholson Plc, has recently been awarded Commander of the Order of the British Empire, more commonly referred to as a CBE.

NONE! The Family were immediately invited to get out, to leave Penarth Marina in Cardiff Bay, Europe's Most Exciting Waterfront Development.
Q2. What exceptional service was provided to the Shalom Family by John Callcutt CBE or Crest Nicholson Plc, which would permit and therefore enable the Shalom Family, to instruct professional divers to survey their Home after the Crest - caused accident?
NONE! The Family were denied permission to send down divers to inspect their Home after the accident.
Q3. What exceptional service was provided to the Shalom Family by John Callcutt CBE or Crest Nicholson Plc, upon discovery of a leak on their Home - after the grounding accident, which would permit and therefore enable them, to properly fix their damaged Home?
NONE! The Family were denied permission to lift their Home out of the water, so that it could be properly surveyed and properly repaired. Mr. John Callcutt CBE, solicitor, and Crest Nicholson Plc, knew that in refusing to grant permission for the Family to fix their home, that in due course, legal reasons to evict the Family, (for not having insurance on their home) would arise.
How is John Callcutt CBE able to sleep at night? Perhaps in due course we will ask him. He actively approved the violent eradication of a perfectly decent, safe and satisfactory Family Home of 14 years. Surely this was no reasonable way, to deal with his personal negligence and Crest Nicholson's mistakes? A more common-sense and humanitarian solution was always possible. The exceptional service that John Callcutt CBE and Corporate Crest Nicholson Plc, gave the Shalom Family, is deplorable.
Presently, English Partnerships seem none to proud or eager to announce John Callcutt's fine achievements of attaining the Order of Commander of the British Empire, whilst they seem happy to boast of others, but at least the Shalom Family have no reason to wonder why!
