John Callcutt CBE One Big Brother Eviction Bully Too Far Say Shalom Family with Five Daughters
Following weeks of enquiry with the UK’s Department for Communities and Local Government, the Shalom Family have finally received confirmation:- Negligent Corporate Bully, Mr. John Callcutt CBE, former Chief Executive of English Partnerships, has officially been installed at his new resident offices in London at:-

From here, it is expected that he will take up his 'new' role, to lead the official, United Kingdom Government’s Review of Housebuilding Delivery. His post started on 2nd January 2007.
Lest we forget! This is the 'gentleman' who was Chief Executive Officer of Crest Nicholson, at the time that the company caused an undisputed, nighttime grounding accident, to the Shalom Family Houseboat Home, in April 2000. Mr. Callcutt was supposed to be 'solely responsible for enforcing health and safety' in the Crest Nicholson Group of companies, including Crest Nicholson’s Penarth Marina, in the Vale of Glamorgan, (situated just inside Cardiff Bay) but rather than correctly enforce health and safety procedures, Crest Nicholson Marinas Limited continued and preferred to enforce, a 'beauty competition' over the Family's Home in Wales.
The Penarth Marina site is in full view of the Crest Nicholson £100M pounds redevelopment known as 'Penarth Heights'. This is a joint venture in partnership with the Vale of Glamorgan Council, who are also the 'Landlords' of the Penarth Marina, and the official Health and Safety 'Enforcing Authority' for Penarth Marina, now operated by Quays Marinas Limited; a 'new' management team put together by previous Crest Nicholson employees. In any event, Mr. Callcutt undoubtedly wanted the Family and their Home out!
‘Bar-stud’ Callcutt, a trained solicitor and past member of the Law Society, used this single ‘accident’ as a catalyst to lead Crest Nicholson to evict the Shalom Family. In just one timely 'accident', Mr. Callcutt provided the company a perfect opportunity to use their combined skills, power and influence, to achieve that aim, and by using what at first, appears to be, 'legitimate' legal means. Some might say that what took place was 'clever'. We say, it is wrong!
It now seems to be the case that some people do not want to get involved with Mr. Callcutt with his proven track-record of bullying the Shaloms and their five young daughters.
Mr. Callcutt was Chief Executive Officer of Crest Nicholson Plc for many years. However, since the establishment of the 'Shalom Family Campaign for Social Justice', Crest Nicholson removed him from post to a new, especially created position, within the company, as their Deputy Chair. He lasted just six months, before going to work with English Partnerships as Chief Executive Officer, working alongside the Baroness Margaret Ford of Cunninghame. Eight months on, it seems apparent, (and not too surprising!) that the Baroness Ford of Cunninghame and English Partnerships do not want to touch him with a barge pole!? (AHEM! Sorry! We just could not resist!)
Mr. John Callcutt’s original move to English Partnerships was heralded at the Department for Communities and Local Government website, as a three year contract. However, there seems to be little 'official news' posted about his recent secondment? It would seem that he has about two years and four months remaining although there has also been some speculation that he may rise to further powers over the newly formed Communities England.
Wherever Mr. John Callcutt CBE goes, there is still plenty of time and opportunity to remind him, and perhaps his present employers, who are so close to Central Government, that bullying and corporate bullying is wrong, regardless of how one might use the Law to try and get away with it! It should never look as if it is being ignored or perhaps even tolerated.
Please help if you can by dropping John and/or his present/past employers, a note or two!

The Family’s dream Home is wrecked and can be seen by clicking here. None of the Family's possessions, which were seized over two years and eight months ago, have been returned. No genuine response, written with any honesty and integrity, has been received from the High Court Sherriff, or solicitors acting for same, (Prichard and Williams - Cardiff), regarding the Shalom’s many requests to pay for the continued storage of all the seized Family possessions. It is a total farce!
Despite the Labour Party's ‘Respect’ Campaign, and the efforts of the Family to highlight many issues, it seems apparent that Mr. Tony Blair considers that the bullying, negligence and 'Corporate Social Responsibility' issues, raised within this 'Family Campaign for Social Justice', are a matter only for the devolved Welsh Assembly Government, National 'Assembly for Wales'? To this effect the Family have been informed by No 10 Downing Street Communications Unit, click here ,that the Welsh Assembly have been invited to reply…………which of course was ages ago……. and they haven’t yet!
