Baroness Ford of Cunninghame Ducks-Out!
English Partnerships' Legal Services - Instructed to Respond To Family Appeal
The Shalom Family have recently received the following letter from Ms. Judith Roberts, Head of Legal Services at English Partnerships (EP). It has been sent in response to the Family's further appeal, which itself was directed to Baroness Ford of Cunninghame, Chair of English Partnerships.

Ducking Out! A Response on Behalf of Baroness Ford of Cunninghame - Legal Services English Partnerships
The Family have advised Baroness Ford of Cunninghame that English Partnerships has recently appointed a proven corporate bully, as their new Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. John Callcutt CBE is the Ex-Boss of Crest Nicholson Plc and perpetrator of this wicked Houseboat and Home eviction. Mr. Callcutt was previously negligent in his duties as Crest CEO, which lead to a night time grounding and toppling accident to the Family's Home at Penarth Marina in Cardiff Bay. Subsequently, he adopted a more than heavy handed approach right through to their eventual eviction.
Although it seems that the Baroness Ford may presently wish to 'duck-out' of the debate, concerning the appropriateness of appointing bullies to high office, (in charge of a budget of multi-millions,) we also understand that Baroness Ford accepts English Partnerships' Non Departmental Public Body (NDPB) status, and as such, also accepts that it should be accountable in a highly transparent and public way, to Central Government. We'll just have to wait and see!
Mr. John Callcutt CBE has about 33 months of his contract left with English Partnerships... that's at least as long as this nightmare has unfolded for the Shalom Family of 7.
To be continued....!
